KEYS TO A SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH DAY
1. REMAIN CALM
Don’t stress on your launch day. It is an important day because you start collecting real world data but it is just a day. A launch rarely makes or breaks a sustainable business in the long run.
2. SPREAD THE NEWS, GET FEEDBACK
You must let everyone know about your business to get exposure and more importantly get feedback. Ask your friends to share the news, do a podcast interview, or publish a post on your blog or on social media. Make yourself accessible to your customers by including your contact information, social media venues or have live chats (helloify.com works well for this). Don’t forget to thank everyone that has helped you with the launch. Track what is helping you communicate best with your customers.
3. TAKE ACTION
Launch. Turn it on. Open the cart. Unlock the doors. Let them in. Now start executing your marketing plan. Hustle!!
That’s it.
Just remember number #1 above and treat this like any other day on this journey. Your business is just 1 day older. This is just the beginning.
